Lemon Cheesecake

It's a really, really, really good cheesecake. We couldn't be based in Brooklyn and not bring a cheesecake to the table and we think you will find this one is the best in the borough! Bright notes of lemon enliven this anything but ordinary cheesecake with a buttery shortbread crust.
