Carrot Cake

This one is Gigi's personal favorite and it's the only cake we make that's a full serving of vegetables (if you eat the whole cake...which you might!). A rich cream cheese frosting tops off this moist and delicious classic. A great choice for large groups, this cake is a real crowd pleaser.
